Abstract

The authors suggest three-dimensional electrodynamic probabilistic models of optical filters on the basis of multilayer dielectric coverings and photon crystals. The researchers have compared the results of calculating spectral dependence of transmission factor of twelve layer cutting back light filter α Si/SiO2 with experimental data. The article investigates the influence of structure defects of nanosphere packings on characteristics of optical filter. The authors reveal the limit values of inaccuracies of nanoelements formation such as heights of unevennesses of layers of dielectric coverings and nanosphere diameters of silicone dioxide.
